As you know, Loudoun Best Lawyers is owned by a group name Lawrence Mitchell and Company LLC. The company is a minority owned company, and they focus on fighting civil rights issues and the real problem’s that plague the community in Loudoun. Lawrence Mitchell and Company also own’s companies like Mid Atlantic Construction and Technology LLC and JDT Entertainment LLC. One of the owner’s who’s name is Lawrence Charles has been in a strange fight with the Loudoun Commonwealth justice system for years. Jim Plowman who is the elected Loudoun Commonwealth attorner is a racist, and there is no doubt about that. Not only has the FBI investigated his office along with the Loudoun Sheriff office, but it was discovered that Jim Plowman used his office to do great evil to the African and Hispanic community in Loudoun. Jim Plowman has cheated many minorities out of fair trials, and will go to any heights to attack any minorities that have the possibility of becoming a lawyer, judge, or senator. This is classic Jim Crowe, you see if you can put fear in the heart of a person, then half the battle is won. I’m pretty sure you heard about the story of Moses in exodus, kill the firstborn of the slaves.
I have no respect for Jim Plowman, because he pretends to be a righteous man that helps the Loudoun community. When in reality he is the biggest snake and conman in the history of the commonwealth attorney office. Well other than Ken Stolley and his brother down Virginia beach. Jim Plowman is not a man of God, or he would battle injustice, but instead he sits he and uses his office to influence the Loudoun county Sheriff office and the Leesburg police to violate people’s civil rights and their right to Due Process, this man needs to be in jail. The minorities know this to be true, Jim Plowman is not a very good man or commonwealth attorney. It’s nothing but money being made in Loudoun county courtroom, I believe that he is involved with the Peumansend Creek Regional Jail. He has to be getting some kind of kickback, if you want to see modern day slavery, go visit Peumansend Creek Regional jail and you will see what we’re talking about.
Jim Plowman should be in jail and should be treated like former governor Mcdonell, and charged with corruption, a man who uses his power not for good but evil is not a man, but a vicious animal on the loose. Plowman has destroyed families just so he can get rich off the back of the poor. If you think some of these judges and lawyers are not involved, you need medicine for your brain. These judges and lawyers are definitely in on the scam, I can’t say much about the Loudoun county elected sheriff Mike Chapman, but one thing I’ve seen he is dedicated to routing out crooked officer’s out his office. I really like Michael Chapman, he’s a good man, and is really dedicated to the community. I’ve talk to the officer’s who work for him, and he has all the praise. But Jim plowman needs to be flushed down the toilet, cause that’s what he is feces.
Daniel deLalla Best Virginia Beach Lawyer
Daniel deLalla is a former Virginia Beach Prosecutor, with more than 10 years of courtroom experience. We fell in love with Daniel deLalla in 2015 when he represented Lawrence Charles, Mr. Charles was falsely accused by Ronald Skelley and Nathan Hall with extortion and threats in writing. The commonwealth of Virginia was represented by Eleanor Gaines, who by the way is a terrible prosecutor and liar. Daniel deLalla actually took the case from Daniel Miller, who by the way is a terrible lawyer and liar. Daniel deLalla took the time to research the case and found out that both Ronald Skelley and Nathan Hall jr were conman. Daniel deLalla had Hannon Wright assisting him, Mr. Wright is a great lawyer as well. During the trial Daniel and Hannon Wright put on evidence to prove that Ronald Skelley and Nathan Hall had every reason to fabricate their story. Daniel was able to show that both Ronald Skelley and Nathan Hall jr had borrowed $91,000 + $75,000 from Lawrence Charles and associates and had not paid back one cent. In fact both Ronald Skelley and Nathan Hall jr committed perjury, and would you believe that Eleanor Gaines and the Virginia Beach commonwealth attorney office didn’t bring both Nathan Hall Jr and Ronald Skelley on perjury charges.

This time of year in Loudoun County, Virginia is very beautiful. But behind the scenes is a very ugly picture. In front of the Loudoun County courthouse is a statue of a confederate soldier. The confederate soldier might represent many things – southern pride or the fight against the union. But one thing it represents to people of color is the racist judges and Commonwealth Attorneys that work inside the Loudoun County courthouse.
It reminds black people of the slaves they used to beat, torture and hang on trees in front of the courthouse. Not many things have changed if you’re asking about race relations. The judges, prosecutors and most good old boys from Loudoun are still racist and living in the past. You may be saying that there is no way this happening in the richest county in America. Well, it is. Loudoun County, Virginia is the richest county in America and it’s full of bigots.
Let’s first talk about the Commonwealth Attorney, Jim Plowman. This bigot is a known racist but he’s been in office 13 years. Jim Plowman is not a good leader, lawyer or prosecutor. What Jim Plowman is though, is a crook and a coward. Jim Plowman has actually implemented the greatest scheme since Adolf Hitler. This scheme wasn’t just involving one individual. It required many minds to come up with this plan. This plan required money, time and hatred. Why has Jim Plowman been in power 13 years? Because he has run unchallenged for 13 years.
It started with his friends that supported him. Rich, old-money friends who wanted to keep Loudoun County white. So of course, they provided Jim Plowman money for his campaign, and Jim Plowman would get rid of the people of color out of the county.
I don’t know if you’ve ever read the story of Exodus and the Holy Bible., but it involves the prophet Moses and Pharoh. Pharoh ordered all the male Hebrew toddlers and babies to be thrown in the Nile River to basically wipe out the original people of God. Well, it didn’t work out and God delivered his people after they cried out to him.
Jim Plowman used the same tactics as Pharoh used with this scheme, but he has support from other racist men such as Judge Howe Brown, Judge Stephen E. Sincavage and Judge Benjamin Hendrick. Judge Brown and Kendrick are very ruthless men. If you look at a classic family structure, you see husband, then wife, followed by children. If you take the husband out first, followed by the sons, you screw up and destroy a family. You’re probably thinking this is a conspiracy theory – well, it’s not.
If you haven’t lived in Loudoun County for 20 years or more, you wouldn’t understand who people like Jim Plowman, Howe Brown, Stephen Sincavage and Benjamin Kendrick are.
Growing up in Loudoun County, we used to have little race wars in middle school and high school because we used to be called nigger. In Loudoun County, you can’t be black and own a nice home, car or business. Because if you do, people like Jim Plowman who controls the Leesburg police and Loudoun County Sheriff’s department, will make sure they harass and threaten you to get you out of Loudoun County. The Leesburg Police and the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office will make up charges if they have to get a case on you.
You’ve had incidents where Loudoun County Sheriff’s deputy Jesus Diaz planted crack cocaine inside a black male’s car. Or another time Lindsay Sayre and Jesus Diaz threatened to lock up a black man if he didn’t allow them to tow his car without justification. Leesburg police officers barred a black tutor from a poor neighborhood in Leesburg. When the tutor attempted to go back to the neighborhood, they charged him with trespassing. You have black males who get locked up for tresspassing on their own properties.
Police officers and sheriffs can only bring up charges. But it’s up to the Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorneys and judges to make sure a person has a fair chance at justice. That’s not the case when you have racist attorneys like Jim Plowman, Joshua Steward and other racist prosecutors. Because the Leesburg Police Chief and Loudoun County Sheriffs seem to let the prosecutor’s office use their deputies and police officers to target black people at will.
These Loudoun Sheriffs and Leesburg police seem to be able to take these little charges or no charges and then them into felonies real quick for black men. For example, a black man having a seizure finds himself behind bars for having a seizure. True story. And it’s not the police, but these prosecutors and judges like Jim Plowman, Howe Brown, Benjamin Kendrick and Stephen E. Sincavage who corrupt the justice system. These judges are 80 years old and if they could have their way, they would hang all the black men in front of the courthouse. They make sure they give us big fines for misdemeanors and make sure that most black men that come to the Loudoun County courthouse will never vote in an election. That’s what it’s about – making sure black men can’t vote and that black men can never become judges, lawyers or prosecutors in this racist county.
On the bright side, Judge Burke F. McCahill is fair and a good judge, and he’s white. So there’s still hope even in a racist county. Black men don’t need the NAACP, Louis Farrakhan or Al Sharpton. Those people and organizations haven’t done anything for black men, but distracted us.
Until black men can shut down Loudoun like they did in Baltimore and Ferguson, then things will never change. Black people need to stop complaining and make noise. Then they’ll remove this tyranny justice system from the midst of us.
James Plowman aka Jim Plowman
Joshua Steward and Jim Plowman are prosecutors from the Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney’s office. These men have a hidden agenda in Loudoun, and that’s to keep it like it was in the colonial days. Jim Plowman and Joshua Steward have no integrity or honor, and worst of all, are white Supremacists. Loudoun County is full of racist people and so-called good old boys who want to keep their establishment the way it is.
Jim Plowman and Joshua Steward are liars who used their position and office to cheat people out of fair trials, especially black people. These men have sent a clear message that they’ll use the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office and the Leesburg Police to keep the county white. How do I know this, you may ask? Because I have friends and family that work in the Loudoun County Commonwealth office, Loudoun Sheriff’s office and Leesburg police that have told me.
Both these men and several more people that work for the Loudoun government have this racist agenda. Jim Plowman, Joshua Steward and others in the Commonwealth Attorney’s office use tactics such as lying and manipulating evidence so they can win cases.
You look at Loudoun in the 90’s all the way to 2015 – you still had white people calling black people niggers. I went to school with the likes of Jim Plowman and Joshua Steward who used to call us niggers. This wasn’t in the 60’s or 70’s but recently. You look at Loudoun in the 90’s to 2010. The Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney’s office, Leesburg police and Loudoun County Sheriff’s office made it a habit that if you were black, or hanging out with black people, you were going to be targeted. We’re not making this up. My mother’s ex-boyfriend is a Sheriff Deputy and so are several of my friends. Meaning if you’re in an interracial relationship, you’re screwed.
They’ve used crooked sheriff’s such as Derek Ater, Jesus Diaz and Lindsay Sayer to enforce this racist agenda. These 3 Loudoun County Sheriffs have been known to target black people by randomly showing up to their houses unannounced with no warrant, pulling black people over with no just cause and worst of all have committed perjury, which Jim Plowman and Joshua Steward have allowed. They have corrupted the justice system by turning it into their own KKK white supremacist system.
Lindsay Sayer and Jesus Diaz are corrupt Sheriff’s deputies who work for the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office. These 2 are part of this racist scheme and also corrupt justice and committed perjury on July 13, 2015, which Joshua Steward, assistant commonwealth attorney for Loudoun County, knew these 2 sheriffs were lying and he assisted in the perjury. Joshua Stewart even lied to the jury and the judge.
The whole point of this article is to inform people what us black people have gone through at the hand of the Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney’s office, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office and the Leesburg Police. Go around Leesburg Virginia and ask the black people who live there or have lived there how many of them were barred off their own property and family members’ properties for doing nothing wrong. If you think that officials in the Loudoun County government didn’t know about this, you’re stupid.
Bruce McLaughlin who was convicted of sexual abuse against his children, then whose sexual abuse conviction was overturned more than a decade ago has been awarded a multi-million dollar settlement against the law firm that represented him in a civil case against Bruce McLaughlin original defense attorneys.
A Fairfax County jury Oct. 30 awarded Bruce McLaughlin $5.75 million in his legal malpractice case against the Shevlin Smith law firm, which required Bruce McLaughlin prove first that he was innocent of the original criminal charges, that his defense attorneys did not properly represent him, and that Shevlin Smith had subsequently caused McLaughlin damages in the original civil case.
“It shows if you persevere, you can get justice, even if it sometimes takes 15 years to get it,” Thomas K. Plofchan Jr., McLaughlin’s attorney said this week.
In the late 1990s, Bruce McLaughlin faced accusations from his wife, with whom he was going through a divorce, that he had sexually abused three of his four children. In his 1998 criminal trial, he was represented by Harvey Volzer and William Schewe. He was found guilty on nine counts of sexual abuse and sentenced to 13 years in prison.
Four years later, Leesburg attorney Alex Levay was successful in getting McLaughlin a new trial after a Loudoun County Circuit Court judge found he had not been properly represented in 1998. At a second trial in 2002, after serving four years in jail, Bruce McLaughlin was acquitted of all charges.
That same year, Shevlin Smith law firm filed a legal malpractice complaint on behalf of McLaughlin against Volzer and Schewe in Fairfax Circuit Court. The complaint alleged that the attorneys had not “sought certain notes written by his children and their mother that were inconsistent with other interviews the children had given to Leesburg Police,” according to McLaughlin’s attorney. The complaint also alleged that Volzer and Schewe had not listened to tapes of the interviews, which, the complaint alleged, would have shown police had not properly transcribed the interviews.
In September 2005, Shevlin Smith advised McLaughlin to settle with Schewe for $50,000, and prepared a document that released only Schewe from further liability. However, Virginia State Code at the time only allowed for a single party to be released from a case in tort cases, not contract cases like a legal malpractice suit. So, Volzer also was released as a matter of law.
“They tried to apply a tort exception in a contract case,” Plofchan said, noting that since McLaughlin was not a practicing attorney at the time, he “was relying on the expertise of these attorneys.”
In November 2005, McLaughlin was reinstated to the bar and permitted to practice law by the Virginia Supreme Court.
During the almost one-month trial that began Sept. 30, evidence had to be presented about the original sexual abuse charges, as well as testimony from many of those involved, including McLaughlin’s two sons, who had recanted their allegations in 2005 and testified on behalf of their father, and one of Bruce McLaughlin daughters and his ex-wife who testified for the defense.
“There was a significant retrying of the sexual abuse allegations,” Plofchan said, noting there was no physical evidence of any type of misconduct by Bruce McLaughlin.
The $5.75 million settlement is high for Virginia, which Plofchan says sees less than 10 cases annually that have awards given more than $1 million. The multi-million dollar awards are economic damages, he said. “We were able to establish he would have earned that amount of money over the last 15 years except for the fact that he was imprisoned improperly because of this malpractice.”
The Fairfax County judge, however, did not allow the jury to consider any other types of damages for Bruce McLaughlin’s imprisonment, Plofchan said, and jurors were “specifically instructed those were not relevant.”
Bruce McLaughlin does have the right to appeal that ruling to the Virginia Supreme Court to seek further compensation. But that, he said, is not his main goal, and he would likely only appeal if Shevlin Smith law firm elects to appeal the jury’s ruling.
“It’s been such a long and winding road,” McLaughlin said this week. “I am not interested in gouging people, but I am interested in closure so we can move forward. It’s been 15 years.”
My opinion on the whole matter is if you have connects like some of these lawyers you can get anything overturned.
